3.1. Onlinebiz, Lda uses electronic mail as the preferred means of communication with the User, and it is the User's responsibility to keep the contact email address updated and check their mailbox regularly, including the aforementioned "SPAM" folder.
4. Non-Permitted Use
4.1. The User is prohibited from overloading the service provided by Onlinebiz, Lda or the computer network that underlies it. The User agrees to do everything possible to maintain the use of the resources provided within the limits established for the service and recognizes that excessive use may cause the service provided to be inoperative or suspended.
4.2. The User is prohibited from reselling or transferring to third parties the services provided by Onlinebiz, Lda.
4.3. The User undertakes not to practice or promote illegal acts, as well as not to use the service to harm, threaten or harass third parties.
4.4. The User may not exceed 1000 Mb of disk space on the OnlineBIZ.pt server, with each account created.
5. Change of Terms and Conditions
5.1. Onlinebiz, Lda may change these terms and conditions at its discretion, with the User being informed via email of any change at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.
6. Electronic Invoice
6.1. The electronic invoice is an electronic (dematerialized) document legally equivalent to the conventional (paper) invoice. The electronic invoice includes an advanced electronic signature that guarantees the authenticity of its origin and the integrity of its content.
6.2. Onlinebiz, Lda archives electronic invoices (received or issued) for an unlimited period of time as long as the User keeps the service active. If the User chooses not to renew the service, they will continue to be able to access their invoices for 90 (ninety) days, after which they must arrange for the continued storage of invoices in accordance with legal terms.
6.3. Reception of Electronic Invoices
6.3.1. The User may, at any time, choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving electronic invoices.
6.3.2. When opting to receive electronic invoices, the User receives the invoices issued by Onlinebiz, Lda directly on the website www.onlinebiz.pt, in PDF format, being notified by email of the invoice being issued.
6.3.3 The electronic invoice is considered received by the User after a notification regarding the issuance of the invoice has been sent to the User's email.
6.4. Issuance of Electronic Invoices
6.4.1. Using the Onlinebiz, Lda billing service, the User can issue electronic invoices to their own customers.
6.4.2. If the User chooses to issue electronic invoices, the User agrees to grant Onlinebiz, Lda powers of representation to, in its name and on its own behalf, electronically sign and archive the billing documents. The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to individually agree with their respective customers on the use of electronic invoicing.
7. Cost and Payments
7.1. The service provided by Onlinebiz, Lda on the website www.onlinebiz.pt to the User is a prepaid service, is non-refundable, and is only available after receipt of the respective payment. The duration of the service is annual or monthly, depending on the service contracted, and renewed if the user makes a new payment. Payment for the Service and Bill will preferably be made via credit card, ATM, PayPal or bank transfer. The service is charged in advance, depending on the contracted frequency or prepaid plan. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of Service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months with an open account. Based on the principle of equality, exceptions will not be considered.
7.2. The cost of the service is presented on the website www.onlinebiz.pt and is subject to change. The user is responsible for paying any fees, taxes or duties, taxes and duties for the use of the Service. The agreed price does not include any fees, taxes or obligations imposed by tax authorities
7.3. 8. Term
8.1. This contract comes into force on the date the User subscribes to the service and is valid for the period corresponding to the duration of the prepaid service, expiring at its end. The User is notified by email, at least 10 (ten) days before the service expires.
9. Suspension of Service
9.1. In case of non-payment or delay in payment for the renewal of the service, the provision of the service to the User will be suspended.
10. Resolution
10.1. The User may terminate the contract at any time, simply by informing Onlinebiz, Lda of this intention.
10.2. Onlinebiz, Lda, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate any user's account and refuse any and all use of the service, current or future, or any other service provided by Onlinebiz, Lda, for any reason, to any time. Termination of the service means the deactivation and/or deletion of the user's account or even preventing the user from accessing their account, as well as the right to confiscate all content of the user's account.
10.3. Onlinebiz, Lda reserves the right to refuse to provide the service to any natural or legal person for any reason, at any time.
10.4. Upon the user's request to cancel the service, all account data will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered. It is up to the user to keep the data entered under their custody in data storage equipment, which is designated as a "backup".
11. Service Maintenance
11.1. Onlinebiz, Lda reserves the right to modify, discontinue or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the provision of the service without prior notice. Whenever possible, the user will be notified in advance by email of scheduled maintenance operations that may cause interruptions in the provision of the service.
11.2. Onlinebiz, Lda may discontinue the service or part of it, whenever it detects the need to change or correct it. The user expressly accepts that Onlinebiz, Lda will automatically provide such corrections as part of the service and any breaches inherent therein.
11.3. As part of the service, Onlinebiz, Lda may also make temporary discontinuations and modifications to the Service, resulting from corrections to software problems, feature enhancements, general improvements, or even completely new versions of the service, with the intention of improving the provision of the service. same, thus aiming for maximum satisfaction and benefit for the user. 12.1.All Service Rights are reserved to Onlinebiz, Lda. The user accepts that the service contains protected and confidential information that is protected by applicable legislation. All software developed by Onlinebiz, Lda to provide the service is its sole and exclusive property, and only its use is an integral part of the service provided, the copyright of the software is the exclusive property of Onlinebiz, Lda.
12.2. The user may not duplicate, copy, reproduce, redistribute, reuse any part of the Site, Service or Account, or visual design elements or concepts without express written authorization from Onlinebiz, Lda, under penalty of incurring civil and criminal liability.
12.3. Onlinebiz, Lda does not claim intellectual property rights over the material and content, materials and profile you insert into the Service.
